In the event that you do wear such a dress, you might be needed to eliminate it, turn it back to front or get into extra garments to cover it. On the off chance that you have any tattoos that contain any corporate or sports names or logos, copyrighted pictures, celebrity names or images or pictures (living or dead), animation character pictures or wrong message or words (for instance, foulness), if it's not too much trouble, cover the tattoo for your tryout.

You can still audition for the video audition stage. If you are selected to move forward for the live auditions stage you are responsible for informing the producers of your plans ahead of time.

17- My performance includes original material, is that allowed?

Indeed, it is up to you whether you perform unique material or a cover, if you are singing. We also recommend that you choose a popular, known song, but it is ultimately your choice on what you decide to perform for the video auditions. However, if you move forward for the live auditions you will need to coordinate with the producers on what you will be singing.

18- I am a singer, what should I expect?

Generally, singers are recommended to sing their song a cappella (without a backing track). It is highly advised to set up the part and a chorale for your tryout. You don't have to begin your song toward the start. Kindly, pick a melody that best shows off your voice. You can use separate microphones hooked up to your camera device, but there can be no auto-tuning. We should be able to hear your raw vocal finely in the video Audition. You are allowed to use a backing track if you choose to sing and dance at the same time. In addition, rappers can use their own beats. Otherwise, it is at the producers’ discretion if and when a track is permitted. Playing an instrument (i.e. piano, guitar, etc.) while singing, is always allowed. If you are selected for the live auditions It is always recommended having a few songs ready as a back-up in case the producers asks to hear them.

19- I am a folk dancer, will the video audition work for me?

As long as we can see you (and your moves!) the virtual Auditions will work for you! Please be in a protected space where you have the opportunity to move around.

Please note that some types of dances are considered inappropriate for IC Star show. It is up to the producers to consider the audition or not.
